i just tagged it but nothing happened within seconds :/ and on the https://console.x.com/accounts/2022640884114952194/subscriptions page on the dashbaord i see this No subscriptions found.

[after confirming webhook not delivering events despite valid setup and subscription]

update the polling loop in main.rs to use the same new logic as the webhook handler since the webhook isn't delivering events.
